3 years ago I made the decision to loose all my pregnancy weight…I was tired of being overweight and my daughter was heading for 4 years old I didn’t want to get any bigger weighing in at 115 kg. I started to cycle I managed to get my weight down with cycling and gradual diet changes to 95 kg but could not get lower no matter how long or how far I cycled so I did research and realised I had to cleanse my system restart my metabolism and that’s when I came across Bretts Ultimate Herbal Detox….the first time I did it I made it to 4 days without cheating and lost 4 kg then next time I did it 6 months later I lost another 5 kg and managed to make it to 7 days without cheating. Huge impact on my feelings of well being

I have just finished the Herbal Detox and have not felt so good for a long time. I was already mostly vegetarian, with some fish, so the eating plan was not a huge transition for me. I opted for the 14 day plan. However, cutting out bread, sugar and alcohol has had a huge impact on my feelings of well being, and of course the herbs will have contributed to this. I lost about 3 kgs. I have had the capsules and didn’t like taking so many. Since having the powder, I’ve had trouble getting through it, the taste is revolting and I’ve been forcing it down. I can eat and drink most things but there’s a very overpowering flavour, beyond a licorice taste. The only thing that mildly reduces the flavour strength contains sugar. I tried smoothies and it became worse.Definitely go for the capsules , the benefits are fantastic.Show more

I suffered from parasites and the tablets from the pharmacy were not working so I decided to this detox and it really worked. I feel great now I sleep through the night without any irritating and I have put so a few kgs since completing this detox which is a miracle for me as I’ve always struggled with being underweight even thou I ate well. My eye whites are much whiter and I love that!

I’m a gardener and also mow lawns, bathrooms aren’t always available so I was very worried there wasn’t going to be a loo when I needed one, however I didn’t find it to be as big a problem as I thought it would be! Way to go starting off my feedback with that! My eye whites are much whiter and I love that! I am so tired though, so, so tired that a few times during the week I was not as strict as I should’ve been with my food. The first weeks of the detox my daughter did the cooking to help me stick to the eating requirements but once we took her to Auckland, being so tired I was not in the mindset to cook when we returned home. I enjoyed the recipes you shared with us and will make them part of my regular meals. I had no problem swallowing the capsules and as weird as it sounds I’m going to miss the daily ritual of counting them out and swallowing them all. I was surprised though that I did as well as I did and that it wasn’t as much of a struggle as I thought it would be. I’m not a meat eater so no worries there. I found the 2 week cleanse far easier and more enjoyable than I expected. The recipe booklet was helpful and I found myself looking forward to cooking up something new for dinner each night. I didn’t have to restrict my eating as a raw vege snack was always available. In fact, I continued for a month as I found myself losing the few extra kilos I had not been able to get rid of for years. The capsules swallowing was quite difficult so I emptied them out and added them to the juice of a lemon and grapefruit morning and night. Hi Brett. I have just finished the Herbal Detox and have not felt so good for a long time. I was already mostly vegetarian, with some fish, so the eating plan was not a huge transition for me. I opted for the 14 day plan. However, cutting out bread, sugar and alcohol has had a huge impact on my feelings of wellbeing, and of course the herbs will have contributed to this. I lost about 3 kgs. I still have about 5 to go, so am now taking the Herbal Slim caps and am trying to stick to a diet consisting mostly of fresh veges and salads, good quality protein and some nuts/seeds/legumes.
