Chocolate on a Detox – a dream come true!
With this recipe, you have no guilt, because it’s full of good fats, fibre, and virtually no sugar. A great dessert for those who are trying to avoid sugar.
Serves 2 people
Ingredients:
1 x Avocado
1 x tin of Coconut Milk
3 1/2 half tsp of Chia Seeds
4 x heaped tsp raw organic Cacao powder
2 x Stevia tablets (or 1 x teaspoon of Honey)
1 x tsp of Vanilla essence
Method:
Cut avocado in half, take out the pit, scoop out the avocado, and place in the Ladyship Blender. Add the tin of coconut milk to Blender. Add 3 1/2 teaspoons of chia seeds, stevia tablets, and vanilla essence to blender. Add 4 heaped teaspoons of Cacao powder to make it chocolatey. Leave in the fridge to set and get thicker.
