Serves 2 people Ingredients: 1 x eggplant 1 x onion 6 cloves of garlic 4 x button mushrooms 1 x capsicum 2 x tomato 1 x avocado 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp chili flakes A small handful of mixed herbs. Method: Chop everything into bite-sized slices. Coat the eggplant with turmeric. Heat oil in a pan and throw in the eggplant. Saute with onions and garlic for about 2-3 minutes, then add capsicum, mushrooms, mixed herbs, and chili flakes. Saute for 5 minutes and serve with chopped tomato, avocado, and aioli. Orange & Pineapple Digestive Enzyme Smoothie
A great blend of fruits to make up a simple yet stunning smoothie. The combination of Pineapple and Papaya make this a great digestive enzyme rich blend. If you would like to know about Digestive Enzymes click here Ingredients: 1 slice of Pineapple 1 x Orange (or grapefruit) 1 x Apple Add Papaya (for extra digestive enzymes) 6-8 x Ice Cubes 200ml cold water 3 x Stevia tablets Method: Trim skin off the slice of pineapple and cut into chunks then add to Ladyship Blender. Cut off the ends off the orange and leave the rest of the skin, cut into chunks and add to the Blender. Cut apple and papaya into pieces and add it all into the Blender. Stewed Apple and Mango
Apart from smoothies, breakfast ideas can run short when completing a cleanse. This can also be a dessert on your detox or slim program. Apples provide an excellent source of healthy prebiotic fibre. Ingredients: (per serving) 1 x large red apple 1/2 Mango A spoonful of unsweetened yogurt A small handful of Raisins or Currants Sprinkle of cinnamon Method: Add 1/2 inch of water to a saucepan. Slice apple with the skin on, add to the saucepan, and simmer until soft. Mash apple into the water with a potato masher. Slice mango into bite-sized pieces. Cover the stewed apple with mango slices and serve with a spoonful of unsweetened yogurt. Sprinkle with raisins or currants and cinnamon. Divinely delicious and fabulously filling. Sweet Potato, Leek and Salsa
Try this delicious warming recipe during your Herbal DETOX or Herbal SLIM program. It is filling and hearty and makes you feel very satisfied. Serves 2 people Ingredients: 1 x Medium Kumara (sweet potato) or 2 Parsnips 1 x Large Leek 1 x Large Broccoli Salsa: Coconut oil 1 x Onion 6 x large cloves of garlic 1 x Capsicum Garlic Shoots Tomato paste 250gm Cumin powder Oregano herb Paprika powder Cayenne pepper Turmeric powder Soy Sauce Apple cider vinegar Honey Method: Scrub the Sweet potato and oven bake in Jacket for 45 minutes at 180 Celsius. While the Sweet potato is baking finely slice leek and dice broccoli and place in a saucepan with only 2cm of water. You will want to simmer the saucepan for about 10 minutes and time this in with the Sweet Potato. Salsa method: On the side, dice the onion, garlic shoots, and garlic and place in a frying pan with 2 Tbsp of Coconut oil (or cold-pressed olive oil). Saute while adding the herbs to your taste. This will create a kind of curry paste. Gently blend in 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp vinegar, and 1 Tbsp soya sauce, then add the tomato paste and diced capsicum. Add a little water until you get the consistency of salsa you prefer. You are now ready to serve. This is a very filling and super nourishing combination. I had it two nights in a row on my detox. There are two parts to this dinner recipe and yet it only takes about 20 minutes to prepare. It’s really great how this type of food can detox and heal your body. Serves 2 people Beetroot salad Ingredients: 1 Large can of beetroot 2 stalks of celery 2 sprigs of spring onion 1/2 a white onion, or a handful of cocktail pickled onions 2 Tomatoes A handful of Kalamata olives A handful of Corriander (cilantro) and or Basil leaves Method: Chop all ingredients into bite-sized pieces and stir together, Serve with homemade vinaigrette and yogurt dressing. Apple & Cinnamon Smoothie

Eggplant & Zucchini Bake
High in protein, full of wonderful savory flavor, and very filling, this is a great recipe if you want to feed 3-4 people quickly and still maintain your DETOX or SLIM program. It can be thrown together in less than 15 minutes and bakes within the hour. This recipe feeds up to four adults with leftovers. A good-sized meal which means you can reheat for the next day’s lunch or again for dinner. Serves 3-4 Ingredients 3 x medium (or 4 small) Eggplant 3 x medium (or 5 small) Zucchinis 1 x Large Onion 8 x cloves Garlic 1 tsp Chilli powder, (or 6 fresh chopped chillies) 3 large tomatoes (or 6-8 small or 2 x 400g can of chopped tomatoes) 2 cups Plain yogurt A handful of Fresh Basil Dried or fresh thyme Butter/Coconut oil Method: Grease a medium-sized roasting dish with butter and layer with sliced Zucchinis and Eggplant. Layer thinly sliced eggplant and Zucchini sideways. Blend the fresh basil (and chili if you like it) into the chopped tomatoes and pour over the entire dish allowing the mixture to run between the eggplant and zucchini slices. Finally, lightly whisk the plain yogurt and chopped thyme and pour it over the top. You can add 1-2 eggs, and a little cottage cheese to the yoghurt whip if you on the Herbal SLIM, BodiTune, or doing a 1-month gentle cleanse.
