I bought your product from a health store and I am on Day 3 of the programme, but I just realised it was suppose to come with a booklet that tells you what you can and cant eat.
But that wasn’t in the pack I kinda feel like I am not doing this programme properly.
I know its for 10 days , can I just do 5 days and then start the 5 days later next week once I get a hold of the booklet so I am eating the correct foods to make this detox work. I have been eating cooked veges, fruit salads, juices and had some tofu on the first day.
