Hi Brett, I have just watched your videos and read all the information. I am keen to do the detox programme and I also have probably about 8 kgs to lose in weight. I could not find too much info on the weight reducing parts of the programme. What I want to know is whether I start with the detox programme, complete that and then go on from there to purchase the 'slim' products or should I buy the entire package now. I cannot see me continuing with the diet programme for too long because of the nature of my life and my dependence on other people's cooking. Thanks Yemma
time gap between detox and slim products
Good Morning Brett I have been taking your products for the last year and a half with ABSOLUTELY AMAZING results. In June 2012 I developed a peculiar acute lower abdominal pain which decided to live there forever. I went through a lot of tests including sonography and MRI but nothing was detected. No amount of medication helped either. My niece who works at Hardy's suggested your detox plan in January, by then I was at my wits end (and so was my GP!) and was ready to try anything. I must admit that initially I was totally sceptical and honestly, a little scared as well. Anyway went through it in all honesty and earnestness for 16 days of 10 day detox including pre and post prep. My Doctor, family, friends and I were blown away by the results. Towards the end of the detox the pain had miraculously disappeared and this was not all ,while going it took away with it a nasty eye sty which had been with me for a long time and –this is the best–4 kilos of my weight which I had been struggling to shed for the last 10 years!! I have no words in my vocabulary to thank you enough. Needless to say I converted thereafter and my life has never been the same. Since then I have dutifully followed detox twice a year and your detox drink is my husband's and mine morning protein smoothie. I secretly bless you every morning when I am having it. Last I had 10 day detox was in April. My question to you is that can I go on the 10day slim plan in August/September or is it too soon after the detox. In all I have lost 7 kilos. I am 54 yrs. old and fluctuate between 58 and 59 kilos. I need to lose just 3-4 kilos more. Actually my daughter is getting married in October and I want to look lighter and brighter for the occasion. Last detox in April yielded wonderful results for my skin but wt. loss was only a kilo and a half that is why I am thinking of the slim plan. I have been wanting to write to you to thank you for what you have brought to my life but haven't had the courage to as I wondered why would you be interested in my story. Please reply

Vegetarian?!!!
Hi, I was so excited about your product. We have been pescatarian for nearly 10 years, being a herbal detox product I assumed it would be vegan, I did read the ingredients in the shop but obviously not roger pushy enough & on your website it has vegan stamps & signs. It was a big expense & effort for us to start but we were excited. We've done the 3 day pre detox diet & our 1st day of taking the herbs. We are utterly devastated to have discovered that the pill capsules are made from gelatin!!! Completely distraught to discover this! Why is it not clearer? Is it bovine or pork gelatin? We are incredibly upset. Why use that for a product that is promoting a vegetarian diet? Please correct me if I have miss understood.

Just started detox, please help
Hi Bret, My husband & I are on day 2 of the pre detox diet for the 10 day herbal detox. Questions: I’m excited about your detox but wanted to ask if there is a different way of doing it where we don’t loose any weight? We’ve been following the diet rigorously but both feel starving (despite eating large quantities of the fruit, veg & yoghurt) & we really don’t want to loose weight, we’re both slim already. If we were to include a few other things what would be ok to do? eg cornflakes, bananas, hummus, brown rice? (I don’t want greg to have wheat or dairy so we can use the diet as a time to discover food intolerances for him – whether they are migraine triggers or not etc.) Also we don’t want to prolong the time we’re doing it for longer, we have a little girl & an active job. The lady in the shop mentioned the 5 day plan, would this be better for us than the 10 day plan so that we don’t extend the time of eating less normal food. But I can see the 10 day plan would be gentler on the body… Is it possible for us to share the 10 day one & just do it over 5 days? For us the product was expensive so we want to do it as properly as we can to get the most out of it, but at the same time we don’t want to loose weight as that too could compromise our health? I’d really appreciate your advice asap becuase we’ve just started, Greg spent all of the 1st day in bed with a migraine, I had a cracking tension headache & today have very sore ribs. Background We’re pretty healthy people but eat possibly too much starch & wheat usually. We’ve eaten fish but not meat for many years. We are active & work as gardeners. Neither of us want or need to loose any weight but we have been advised to do your herbal detox for health reasons – I have had swollen lymph glands for quite a few months now (don’t worry, I did of course 1st see the doctor about this & had blood tests which said I had nothing to worry about.) I also get incredibly sore neck & shoulder muscles & joints & have recently been experiencing abnormal memory loss/spaced outness. I went in to the health shop to get milk thistle & goldenseal to cleanse my liver & kidneys which I have been wanting to do for some time, I came out of the shop with your detox kit. My husband suffers from chronic migraines, he’s been told he has heavy metals which he needs to get rid of & he also has very fast metabolism & quickly gets low blood sugar & has to eat on time or else it can trigger a migraine. We both suffer from lack of energy when we should be feeling bright. Much appreciate your advice asap because we’ve just started. Many thanks, all the best, Kinna.

Kia Ora Brett, Me & my partner are in day 3 of the pre-detox phase & going "ok". Couple questions please so we are ok for day #1 on Friday! It's about some foods as it's not too clear in the guide (or more than likely I have misread it!), -what about quantities? I love kumara, so Can we eat as much as we want? -is organic Manuka honey ok? -dried fruits are ok? I like them in the afternoon as a snack, apricot, prunes, dates, raisins etc. quantity? -are seeds ok? Pumpkin, sunflower etc? -almond milk ok instead of rice milk? Thanks, James

I need help with chronic back pain
Hello Brett, I stumbled across your booklet and eagerly read it… I was excited to read your 'biography' on the back of your booklet…regarding your journey to heal a severe back injury…needless to say I felt a surge of hope that your story offers an alternative . I have been seeking a natural answer/alternative to a longstanding back problem. Basically the medical profession has come to the point that it is something I have to manage as surgery is not an option. I have come to realise, that I need a comprehensive understanding of what my body specifically needs to heal…something I don't have, so I feel although I have made some steps in the right direction seeking natural alternatives (with some success and some disappointment} I don't have a full enough picture to make a real difference. I am utterly tired of living life on pain medications…seems like its a win/lose situation. I would dearly like to find a natural way to deal with my condition. From what I have read, the detox is a great place to start….however i would like to know if I should approach this gently because of the 'toxic load' from pain meds. I understand you and your wife operate a Practice in tauranga…as we travel often for work would it be better to make an appointment initially and see how best to manage the process. Kind regards Liane
