Hi Brett, I am about half way through my first slim-kit (with no weight loss yet) which is fine and I’m not complaining. What I did want to ask you about is what dosage and how should I take the tablets ? The booklet I received and then the one in my friends pack recommend different doses … I also read on the internet a third suggestion. I have been on the rapid plan and am confused which is the best way to take the pills (for weight loss) a) taking two capsules of each product (total 8 capsules) twice daily, morning and night b) taking one capsule of each product (total 4 capsules) four times daily ½hr before food c) and i’ve also read but don’t have it on me to take two of the pills (certain pills) before food and two (the other two) after food – doping this for each of your four meals a day So if you could please tell me which is the best way to take them for weight loss. Thank you !!!

Hi, I've just completed the detox over a week ago with great results, I lost 11kgs and my energy levels were fantastic, however over the last 3-4 days i've been getting bad headaches. Is there any reason for these and is there anything i can do to help them? Thanks Greg

My husband has type 1 diabetes and celiac disease. Is there any modifications he may need to make as we're looking at doing the detox together in a couple of weeks. We eat quite a bit of quinoa in our diet at the moment and I noticed that was only included in the 25 day plus option. Would it make much of a difference if he had it on the 10 day detox?

Hi there Brett, I suspect I have caught a bout of giardia from a bad water tank where I live. Before I take the standard anti biotics for this, would completing the ultimate detox rid me of the problem as well as all the other benefits listed..? Cheers, Robin.
