Hi Brett! Greetings from New Plymouth, NZ. I am about to start the ultimate herbal detox program. I also got the slim drinks and I would like to ask you if I could combine both. I was thinking on replacing one of the meals with a slim drink and following all the other normal recommendations. is there any problem with the combination of both programs simultaneously? Thank you for your advise. Camilo.

I need help with an eye focus problem
I have an eye focus problem on the left side of my vision where the eyes do not co-ordinate & I get double vision. Is it possible to correct this with herbs? I have been to my optician & he has given me corrective glasses for driving, but I hope there is a solution for the cause of this problem. Regards Graham Dixon

Sprouts, superfood powder and coconut cream ok for the diet?
Hi Brett, I noticed that mung bean sprouts were included in the beetroot salad recipe on page 25 of the booklet, and seem to be an approved component of the detox diet. I've been vegan for a while now and really enjoy making my own sprouts at home which forms my main protein source. If mung beans are ok, how do you feel about sprouted chick peas, or any other home-sprouted pulses? I also have a superfood smoothie mixture of cacao, maca, mesquite and lucuma powders which is raw and certified organic – the brand is LifeFoods in Christchurch. Would this be ok to add to my smoothies on the detox? Also, would I be able to continue using coconut cream in smoothies as a vegan alternative to yoghurt? My last detox was 2 years ago and I had great results – looking forward to starting this up again. Thank you!

Raw Milk/Bone broth on Detox
Hi Brett, I just bought your Ultimate Herbal Detox kit and am about to start the preparation phase. I've been eating a mostly gluten-free, paleo style diet for the last 4 years, but am still finding it very hard to kick the sugar/caffiene habit. I thought that doing your detox might help get rid of the addiction and instill some better eating habits. My question pertains to raw milk and bone broths – are they permitted on the Ultimate Herbal Detox? I know its says in the booklet that no meat is allowed, but what if the broth didn't contain any solid meat? Will this affect the detox effectiveness? And the same for raw milk, is this allowed or should I discontinue drinking this while on the detox? I'm not lactose intolerant and have been drinking a litre of raw milk each week with no ill-effect to my knowledge. Your insight and advice would be much appreciated! Kind regards, Michelle

Use all the capsules
Brett I met you at Waitakere home show. I started the detox last Monday and other than wine on Friday night I have only eaten fruit and vegetables. I drink herbal teas, smoothies and water. I feel really bloated and uncomfortable. My bowels are not moving everyday where I used. to. I have never done a detox before so I don’t know if this is normal. Also after the 10 days do I still take the left over capsules also how many. Thanks.
