Hi I am not sure if my question came through earlier….. I am wanting to know if there is a limit to the amount of Fruit and Veggies we are allowed to eat on the 10 day detox? Also is there are certain time we should stop eating as we have a fruit salad with yoghurt about 1 hour after our dinner. Thanks
