Hi, I am doing your 25 day cleanse and noticed that some nuts and grains are allowed on this? What are they and how often can they be eaten. I am going away for a mountain biking weekend about a week into the cleanse and wondered what I might be able to eat to give me energy and help with my concentration (will be doing some tricky and technical tracks which could be dangerous if I can’t focus) I’ll be cycling at least 5 hours straight for both days.
