Cons:
Needed to be a little anti social. Activities away from toilet not possible. Got used to the number of pills but would be nice if there were fewer. Energy levels did decline
Pros:
Found many nice tasty meals with just veges. February is good month plenty of fresh stone fruit and veges. Vege stirfries without meat can be tasty. Break from coffee and wine good for system. Easy program to follow both lost about 4 kg
Other Comments:
We have decided to have a detox day once a week only fruit and veges and no coffee or wine Yoghurt smoothies are great
