How to deal with low energy and tiredness whilst on the Detox….

Hi, i have just completed the prep stage of the diet, adn on day 1 of taking the herbal supplements. I am not feeling hungry at all which is great, but i am feeling extremely tired and quite weak. Also my muscles in my calves are quite sore. My partner says I should start eating meat again for Protein which should help, but I am not so sure. What are your thoughts to help me stay on the diet and feel healthy with it? Many thanks 🙂
