Digestion in pregnancy

Easy Print

Hi Is there any digestive enzymes that is safe to take when pregnant. I am just over 12 weeks and having already been battling constipation and have lived most of my live with this (apparently IBS) and poor digestion/indigestion. I have taken your digezid before but see it has fennel seeds and licorice root in and from what I’ve read these aren’t recommended in pregnancy. Can you shed any light for me. Thanks Vanessa
