Taking capsules can be a struggle for some people. Here is an easy way to take them. Method:

Put 200ml of orange juice into the blender
Add Herbal DETOX capsules excluding the Colonaid
Add another 100ml of water and a sachet of BodiTune DETOX ‘n SLIM.
Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
